"This dinner consists of quinoa (which has the most protein of all grains) mixed with sauteed mushrooms and the green part of leeks, a big piece of cauliflower, and a salad made up of broccoli stalks, apples, carrots, raisins, and walnuts. It may not be colorful, but it’s really tasty!"
